Mozaik epoxi stone carpet
Factory-packaged, component-based, colored mineral aggregate-based coating compound with a synthetic resin binder for coating horizontal surfaces indoors and outdoors. After curing, it forms an open-pored, aesthetic surface that is resistant to frost, chemicals and mechanical effects.
Can be used:
Stone, cement, concrete and artificial stone are suitable for coating horizontal surfaces. The base must always be smooth, dry (maximum 3.5% moisture content), sound, free from movement and shrinkage. When coating concrete surfaces directly on the ground, make sure that there is adequate waterproofing.

To the binder obtained by mixing resin components "A" and "B", 10 whole bags (2 bags per base color) of gravel must always be added, in the distribution indicated for the selected color. If necessary, ask our sales partner for the 25 kg bucket required for this.
Warning: The binder of the product is a two-component, reactive resin, therefore it can only be mixed before use and the remaining mixture cannot be stored!
Material consumption for smooth surfaces:
approx. 8-10 kg/m2 (2 kg/m2/mm), or 2.5 m2/bucket (for 4 – 4.5 mm layer thickness)

Curing time:
Under ideal conditions (20-25°C) it is foot-resistant after 24 hours, loadable after 96 hours, and reaches its full mechanical and chemical resistance after 168 hours. Do not apply to surfaces exposed to direct sunlight!

Storage:
In a covered, cool, frost-free place, protected from direct sunlight, unopened in the original packaging for 6 months from the date of manufacture.
