Modified, alkali-resistant water dispersion primer. It stabilizes porous surfaces. Using this primer results balanced moisture absorption which estops blotching due to different suction effect. It also prevents the substrate from absorbing significant amounts of water from freshly applied materials or mortars. It significantly improves the adhesion of cementitious materials applied to the surface.
