It is well suited for the basement of wet places (e.g. bathrooms, toilettes, kitchens,  and industrial facilities) concrete base before cold covering. Its effect: increases the strength of the substrate, thereby improving the adhesion of the coating materials. It is also capable to film/thin layer-formation in case of  high humidity, and ensures the binding of unshrinkable adhesive.
